Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and Leopard. Deliveries can take 1-5 business days for local orders. (Bank Transfer Payment delivery times are determined after receiving money in the account and the type of delivery)

2. Listing and Descriptions

Party Sharty makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Party Sharty cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

3. Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 6 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 6 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

4. Returning the Product in Office

We do not accept returns for online orders as stated in Refund Policy. However, exchanges are entertained as stated in Privacy Policy Disclaimers. Please WhatsApp / Call us on 0333-2472789 in order to arrange product exchange with us or with one of our representatives. In both cases, you must deliver the receipt along with the product to be returned.

5. What is the Exchange Policy?

We do not offer exchanges unless the items received is not as per advertised. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. What are Nationwide Delivery Charges?

All deliveries made within Pakistan are considered Nationwide Deliveries. Delivery charges are charged accordingly weight and dimensional weight of order.

8. When will my orders be shipped?

Your order has already been placed when you hit the submit button. It is shipped after we contact you on phone for confirmation of the order. This process just helps us to provide better customer service. We highly recommend that you pick up the phone or respond to SMS for faster delivery.
